Hello Northwest is a new service providing
free serviced office space for overseas businesses looking to
establish a presence in the region.
It has been established by the Northwest
Regional Development Agency (NWDA) alongside two of the region's
inward investment agencies, MIDAS and The Mersey Partnership and a
range of serviced office providers and science parks.
Scheme Benefits
- 12 months rent free in an anchor location across the region.
The period applies to one free desk per company. Service and
parking charges are negotiated and contracted directly between the
company and the service office provider.
- Full spectrum of business support. The free rent service is
supported by the full range of business support and investor
development services offered by the NWDA and partners. This
includes an extensive, free and confidential package of business
advice and assistance.
- Opportunity to explore market potential. Businesses are able to
focus on assessing market potential from day one, immediately
generating prospects and revenue whilst minimising the cost and
risk of setting up an office.
