Empire Business Park, situated on Liverpool Road, has already seen companies fill every one of its 2,000 square foot units and plans are now underway to secure tenants for the larger units.
Andrew Peak of Petty's Chartered Surveyors said that Burnley is likely to see a number of benefits from the new business park in the future.
"The spate of deals already completed shows confidence in the product Barnfield Construction has produced," he pointed out.
Last month, Burnley council representative Gordon Birtwistle told the Lancashire Telegraph that the location is set for a revival.
His comments came after its football team was promoted to the Premier League and announcements were made regarding a new university campus set to open there in September.
It is thought that this will bring in an extra £200 million for Burnley.
